Our story began with a simple belief: talent shouldn’t have to choose between home and opportunity.
What started in 2018 with one product and five women has grown into a creative community of women making beautiful things from their homes — one stitch, one piece and one opportunity at a time.
We started with a need for a different way to work.
In 2018, family responsibilities made a conventional full-time job difficult for our founder, Pooja Kaushik.
But she also saw the same story around her — talented women with creativity, skill and the desire to work, without opportunities flexible enough to fit their lives.
So instead of trying to fit life around work, we began imagining something different.
